Physical Description Historic homestead with a row of Radiata Pines along the front boundary behind the fence. The stands of Pines exhibit clusters of dark green foliage and evidence of damage consisting of downed limbs and scarred trunks.

Residential Tree Statements The historic “Strathroy” is listed as having local heritage significance in Orange City Council’s LEP and the mature Radiata Pines visually mark the entrance to the property from the street. The mature Pines form a striking and prominent element of the streetscape.
